Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan never expires, and paid plans start with a 14-day trial on your own pods.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in. Viewers who only open shared links do not need a seat.
Do you charge per pod or per query?
No. Plans are per user; queries are unlimited within fair use of your Fusion pod.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for Team and Enterprise plans billed yearly. We send a licence key that activates your plan in Plan & billing.
What happens after the trial?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Team plan. After that it moves to Free - your queries and settings are kept - until you buy a licence.
Can partners use it for several customers?
Yes. Each customer can be a separate workspace, and consultants can switch between workspaces with one sign-in.
