These terms govern your use of Quarrow (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent ("Customer").
1. The Service
Quarrow lets you run read-only queries against Oracle Fusion Cloud environments that you are authorised to access, using a BI Publisher report you install. You are responsible for your Oracle subscription and for complying with Oracle's terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators of an organization control its users and settings.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to access data you are not authorised to access, to break the law, to interfere with the Service or to reverse-engineer it, or to resell it without our written agreement.
4. Customer data
You own the data you bring to or retrieve through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited right to process Customer Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription term and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a service-level commitment unless agreed in an order form. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After termination you may export your saved queries for 30 days, after which we delete Customer Data, except as required by law.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. General
